"We improve the valve design, the valve body cavity is designed to streamline, by improving the water flow speed to achieve the valve core, valve seat sealing surface self-cleaning function. This technical improvement not only meets the engineering needs, but also provides a reference for various domestic transmission and water supply projects." Dong Ruipeng said.
"Although we are now producing high-end valves, but at the beginning of the company, can only be processing ordinary valves, profit is very low." Talking about the difficulties when he first entered the industry, Yan Guoping said that if the enterprise wants to develop well, it must aim at the high-end market. However, the core technology can not be bought or won, the company finally decided to "knock" technological innovation and product research and development, and spend more than 3% of the annual sales revenue on innovation and research and development. Up to now, Yuanda Valve has obtained 131 authorized patents and 6 scientific and technological achievements evaluation. Compared with the traditional wedge valve, dome valve by the spherical valve core and precision matching with the concave seat, the process of opening and closing the valve always close fit, so as to achieve no leakage. This technology also fills a gap in the industry.
