Orbital ball valve

Orbital ball valve, forced seal ball valve, with its unique structure, adopts the new technology design of valve core rotating separate opening and mechanical pressure seal. Orbital ball valves, which are forced to seal, replace traditional shut-off valves such as gate valves, shut-off valves, ball valves and plug valves. They are widely used in industries such as oil, natural gas, chemical, lava and paper, power stations, steel, and environmental pollution treatment. The main parts such as valve body, valve cover, valve stem, cam, valve core, sealing pair, etc., choose different material groups, and can meet a variety of conditions. It can also be designed and manufactured according to the conditions of the fluid medium, pressure, temperature, connecting ruler and other conditions provided by the owner.

High pressure hydrogenation check valve

The types of valve that can be used in the environment of hydrogen gas (including hydrogen sulfide), hydrogen gas, and hydrogen gas oil (including hydrogen sulfide). If the nominal pressure is PN100 or Class600, the flange in the valve body and the valve cover adopt a flange bolt connection structure. For the valve with nominal pressure ≥ PN160 or Class900 and nominal ruler ≥ DN50, the valve is designed as a sealed structure, and SS flexible metal sealing ring is placed in the middle cavity for internal pressure or hard welding at the corresponding parts of the inner cavity of SS flexible metal sealing ring. Oxygen ball valve

The tempering furnace is the nuclear device of the coal tempering unit. The combustion pressure in the tempering furnace is 4.0~6.3MPa, and the temperature is 1100~1300 ℃. It is a dangerous device. Therefore, the safety and reliability of the tempering furnace is the first, and the second is to ensure the stability of the reaction products. It is necessary to accurately control the flow of water slurry and oxygen into the tempering furnace. The reaction in the furnace is the combustion reaction of high temperature and high pressure, and the demand for oxygen. In order to ensure the normal combustion state and the safe operation of the furnace, the flow of oxygen must be accurately controlled. The furnace is equipped with 3 oxygen flow valves to control the oxygen flow into the furnace, namely, the oxygen flow regulating valve, the oxygen cut-off valve and the oxygen venting valve. Compared with the oxygen-reducing valve in the general process, the oxygen-reducing valve in the furnace needs to withstand high pressure difference, good flow rate and strict sealing level. The maximum cut-off pressure difference of the oxygen cut-off valve can reach 5.0~7.0MPa, and the leakage level needs to reach Vl level. Generally, the straight-through type 0 hard seal ball valve is selected for this type of cut-off valve.

Black water gray coal water slurry ball valve

The black water gray coal water slurry ball valve is a special type of hard seal ball valve, specially designed for the complex conditions of coal erosion. It is a special type of hard seal ball valve that can adapt to high temperature, high pressure and high temperature wear resistance. The main purpose is to solve the common problem that the valves in the coal slurry feed and water-filling art pipelines in the air-filling device cannot be opened and closed normally due to medium fouling and wear. We have developed the key valves for air-filling devices suitable for water-filling media such as coal slurry, water-filling and gray, and have improved the service life of the valves to ensure the periodic operation of the entire air-filling device. The water supply is actually the water supply containing excess carbon directly discharged from the bottom of the furnace and the washing tower. In fact, the water supply directly discharged from the bottom of the furnace and the washing tower is the water supply containing excess residual carbon directly discharged from the bottom of the furnace and the washing tower after being cleared and removed by flash treatment.

HP hydrogenation stop valve
